Knitting Olympics
Enjoying the Olympics. I thought the opening ceremony was great. Very artistic. Very Italian!
I also like the different knitted scarves the teams were wearing. There was a real pretty red and white one - can't remember who wore them, maybe Iceland.
There is also a Knitting Olympics taking place at the same time. Like knitters need a reason to knit. Just standing in a long line at the post office is reason enough. I did not sign up to be a part of it - but I did start a hat for Mom last night. I have some friends here and in Germany (Hi Gabs) that are participating. I look forward to hearing about their projects.
Ciao - GO TEAM USA!

Ok, call me slow. I pull up your blog page and see the picture and think...oh someone took a picture of Terri while she is knitting. I start reading your blog entry and look back up and see MY markets squares bag and THEN it dawns on me....that's ME!! lol
I was going to ask about the market bag too! I thought it looked vaguely familiar.
I'm not going for the gold this year either but I am really cheering on those who are!
Excuse me, but this particular post seems to be "stuck" or did blogger eat your latest post also? :-)
