Meet Miss Iris
I know we all have our little quirks. Maybe even more than one - ha. I have this thing about naming things. I think I get this from my dad, he had nicknames for all of us. One thing I do is name my luggage. I've had Bertha - she was a big suitcase somewhat like a steamer trunk. Then I had one suitcase damaged and the airlines replaced it with an ugly black tweed with red arrows on the sides, she was Eunice. I currently have Olivia, a nice big olive green one. Last night on a quick run to Tuesday's Mornings I found a nice purple suitcase. I took it back to the knit shop and they thought I was planning to stay the night. ha In the discussion of naming my suitcases Sherry yelled out from the back, "How about Iris?" I loved it. So without further ado - please meet Miss Iris, she has yet to make her maiden trip.

Terri, I loved your new bag. I thought it was your new yarn tote bag...and that you brought it to fill with yarn from the Gourmet Yarn shop! : )
Iris is the perfect name.
Shelly
Iris could hold a LOT of yarn!! She probably felt very at home at Gourmet Yarns!
Bummer on the wristlet. Let us know if you find it!
Is that a roomba I spy in the picture? How do you like it?

Rebecca - yes it is a Roomba. That was my Christmas present from 2 years ago. I don't work it - my husband does. But he has had some problems with it and even had it swapped out for a new one. I would not recommend it.
This the blog police. You've been parked in this one spot for far beyond the allowed limit. Either change your post or I'll be forced to write a "parking" ticket. :-)
I couldn't help but smile when I read about Iris! You silly, fun friend! That's one of the reasons I've loved you for 45 years! Anj
Just caught up on your blogs. Where do you make the time!! Very funny name for a suitecase and it fits!! My computer's name is izzy and we have another named Frankenstein cause it's been broken and fixed with so many different parts. I love you Terri, thanks for sharing your very fullfilling and crazy life!
