Catch up time
I can't believe that time flys by so fast the older we become. I have been so busy with school, personal travel and work. So what else is new? Here's a couple of tidbits and I'll post some individual posts for some special things.
School is busy and we are in Module 8, only 3 more to go. The counselor came and talked to us about graduation and a reception scheduled in December. This is a very special class of individuals. We have truly jelled together in such a short time. We are all so thrilled that we have Memorial Day Monday night off. Yeah!
Mr. & Mrs. Red Finch - alas it seems the Blue Jays got the newest four eggs in the second nest. I have not seen the finches in a long time. I don't know if they will come back or not. Sometimes the nature/nature conflict is a hard one to understand.
The veggie garden is growing and we are reaping the fruits of the harvest. So far radishes have been in our salads. The tomato plants are growing tall with blooms on them.
Sunday was the card game day with the Ladies and we had such great fun! (as always)
My latest obsession - KNITTING - is keeping me busy. So many projects to complete. I hope to add some pictures as time allows. Some are special presents and would hate to spoil the surprise.
I traveled last week to see friends and had a great time with them. Milestones in my life are passing through and sometimes it's tough.
Ciao
