Why I have been away this week...

I was knitting "The Muff". It is made knitting Cascade 220 and Fun Fur together and then felting it. The pattern is from Fibre Trends. This muff will come in great when sitting out in the cold soccer fields watching my niece and nephew play. I just might need to make one for them. It was very easy to make and only used two skeins of fun fur and one skein of Cascade 220.

I can't wait to use it and I don't think it will be long before I do. We are back to the "Wintry Mix" weather. I really do enjoy winter, but today seemed like a day in March instead of January. It's probably just me. It was still a great winter day for a pot of stew. It was very tasty.
