It's doesn't get better than this...

We had a very nice Thanksgiving and we hope you all did too. Thanksgiving Day always seems to be a day of relaxation and rest, AFTER the dinner has been fixed and eaten.

Le feste si avvicinano velocemente. (The holidays are rapidly approaching.) It doesn't get better than this with a big pot of spaghetti sauce. Some Italians call this gravy. I never heard sauce referred to as gravy in our house. After round two of the Thanksgiving dinners we will make Raviolis for Christmas. Making the sauce is just the beginning. The meat is cooked within the sauce and gives it the best flavor. The meat is then grounded up with some spinach, cheese and spices for the ravioli filling. I've never eaten any ravioli in a restaurant that tastes as good as ours. Does sound a bit bias, doesn't it? I can tell you that there won't be any leftovers.


I decided to throw all the catalogs that came in the mail in the recycle bin. I counted over 100 of them! That's a lot of trees and think of those poor postmen that carry all that stuff on their backs.

Tomorrow night the MCHS Bombers are playing the last round of playoffs before playing for STATE. They are 12-0! Pretty good except the Tulsa Union team they play tomorrow night is just as good. GO BOMBERS!
