Yup, It's January - even in Italian - Gennaio

This is how our January is going out. Ice, sleet and very little snow.

Grey skies and frozen vegetation.

Primer is all tucked in nice and cozy.

It's always a simple pleasure to watch the birds feast on the seeds we out our. I had to shoosh away the squirrels or they will eat it all.

Although this is pretty to look at - it is very slick and dangerous to walk on. It's kind of nice to have it all because we have been so dry. I'm always thinking of helping Mother Nature.
